Applications for the Sustainable Employment Commitment program are officially open! This is the time to boost your company with financial support for indefinite-term hires.
Support details:
- Financial Support for Hiring: Amounts between €6,111.12 and €13,138.91.
- Support for Social Contributions: Coverage of up to 50% of Social Security contributions in the first year, limited to €3,564.82.
Eligibility:
- Aimed for private firms, whether for profit or not, that want to hire jobless people registered with the IEFP, such as unemployment insurance beneficiaries, RSI, people with disabilities, and so on.
Requirements:
- An indefinite-term contract with a minimum salary of twice the IAS (€1,018.52 in 2024).
- Maintenance of the job created for at least 24 months.
